Earnest Norwood aged 58, of Grenada passed away Friday December 3, 2021, at UAMS in Little Rock, AR after a long illness. Earnest was born November 28, 1963, to Mary Jane Norwood and the late David James Norwood, Sr in Money, MS. He was employed Mississippi Soil Conservation of Starkey Co. for many years. Survivors include his mother Mary Jane Norwood of Grenada, MS; one brother; Kennedy Norwood of Grenada, MS; two sisters; Mary Louise Maggitt of Grenada, MS and Denise Norwood-Mack of Bartlett, TN., and host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday December 18, 2021, at 11:00am at Abundant Life Assembly with Elder Fredrick Mack officiating. Burial will follow Pine Hill Cemetery. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service starting at 10:00am.
