Mr. Lawrence Collins, Jr. aged 55, passed away April 30, 2016 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN surrounded by his family. He was born November 3, 1960 to the late Mr. John O. Collins, Sr. and Mrs. Ruby L. Smith Collins in Parkin, AR. He was a graduate of Parkin High School Class of 1979. He worked for Glass Fabrication Company in Memphis for many years until his health failed. Survivors include; two sisters, Debra Key of Parkin, AR. and Lourie Johnson of Memphis, TN and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday May 7, 2016 at Olive Grove M. B. Church in Parkin, AR. at 11:00 am with Pastor D.L. Richardson officiating. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Parkin. Visitation will be held Friday May 6, 2016 from 4:00pm to 6:00 pm at Olive Grove M. B. Church. All arrangements entrusted to New Eden Funeral Home.
